I have recently become an agent for an online advertising clearing house. Because of their size and volume, they can provide highly effective marketing campaigns at a very cost effective price. I can work with your company to develop an effective marketing campaign that will meet almost any budget. Due to the complexities of online advertising, it helps to have somebody who the technology side of marketing and the business side. I'm just the guy for the job. For a one-time consulting fee between $300.00 and $500.00 I will work with your company to build a marketing plan, which can then be passed on to my advertising clearing house. Note that this consulting fee is strictly for working with your company to come up with a plan. The actual implementation of that plan will then be done by the clearning house at their normal prices. Your company will contact me to discuss generating an advertising campaign. After a bit of discussion, I will determine if my services will be of value to you. I will briefly explain what I do and how, and why it might be useful to your company. Upon a mutual agreement, your company will send payment for my services. Payment can be by check, money order, direct deposit to my account, or credit card. In the event you choose direct deposit, I will provide the necessary account information via some mutually agreed secure method. For credit card transactions, I will take your information over the phone. Note that I will require a valid credit card along with enough identifying information to assure you own the card. Note that I do not process credit cards on my website, I only process them in person or over the phone. Things such as billing address, bank customer service number, CVV verification codes, etc may or will be required. Upon receipt and confirmation of payment, I will begin to work with your designated contact or contacts to discover the best marketing campaign for your needs. Note that this will be a consentual agreement. During the discovery process, I will provide training as necessary to bring your staff up to speed on marketing paradigm and strategies such that they will be able to make an informed decision. Upon agreement of a marketing campaign, I will provide you my contact with the clearning house so that your company can begin the rollout of your campaign. Once this is done, my services to you are basically finished, however, as an extra service, I will make myself available to you, free of charge, to work out any issues or answer any further questions you may have about your campaign or internet advertising in general.

My goal is to get your company started. After one round of working with me, you should not need my services again, and should be able to generate your own marketing campaigns without my help. However, in the event that you do need help in the future, you may always call on me for technical help. If you desire to have me set up your marketing campaigns and work with my clearning house, I am happy to do that at reduced fees.

Refund Policy: Once an agreement has been made for my services, I generally do not provide refunds. However, if your company feels that I have egregiously misrepresented my services or value to your company, I will be happy to entertain a discussion. If I feel that I have somehow failed to communicate my service or value, then I will happily refund your money.

Cancellation Policy: Upon a cancellation request, I will refund any remaining balance pro-rated at the rate of $100.00/hr. For instance: If we agree upon a $500.00 fee and I complete 2 hours of discovery work and your company decides to not move forward, I will refund $300. Notice that the discovery process can easily take more than 10 or 15 hours worth of my time, so a decision must be made very early on, otherwise, there will be no pro-rated balance left.
